The hotel room was in need of a remodel and was located next to the pool where young children were swimming until late at night. Despite being a premium poolside room, it lacked basic amenities like soap and shampoo. The cleanliness of the room and hallways left much to be desired, with a strange smell resembling spoiled milk lingering. It was also unsettling that all the employees were wearing hoodies, which added to the discomfort. The room was quite small, with limited seating available until the patio area was unlocked.

The hotel offered spacious and fairly up-to-date rooms facing the pool, but the initial room was freezing and had a strange smell, also noting some unsettling hooded employees. The service was friendly and accommodating; however, there were limitations due to booking platforms. The location is central and convenient for family gatherings and activities, with some noise disturbances. The dining experience exceeded expectations with quality offerings but stayed basic in line with the chain's standards.

I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were very reasonable, which allowed us to relax and even let the kids play games without worrying about the cost. However, the smell of smoke was a bit off-putting, leading us to keep our bags outside. Overall, a pleasant stay as always!
